Mmmm my 2.5 year old daughter Michelle is crazy about chocolates. (okay, I confess her mommy will be in for something too 😉 Seeing her enjoyment in itself is fun to watch.
They are small pleasures, small gifts to yourself. Treating yourself to a chocolate is first smelling, then biting a piece and then melting in your mouth. You bet you are already looking for a piece in cupboards? 😉
Chocolate is still a super product. That should be wonderful as a chocolatier if you know that you give such a nice and intense moment to your customers through your product. When that chocolatier has to get out of bed early in the morning and he reminds himself of the warm feeling he gives his customers, he jumps out of his bed!
What feeling do you give your customers with your product? What feeling do they get with your service or product? Your service or product is one thing. If you add a feeling (and therefore also communicate), you do the value times 2! So do you think about what feeling you want to give your customers?
For example: I am an expert in lead generation through email marketing. And I am an optimist in heart and soul and that positivism and optimism get my clients up to date from the first moment they get to know me. I don't have to bother with that because it's my nature.
So let that chocolate melt in your mouth and think of at least 2 feelings that you want to give your customers. Good luck! Do you want to know what feelings you have come up with?
Mmm nice huh
Thank you Thomas for being the first guest on your blog.
