Best search campaign of 2020: Shimano by Happy Horizon
AMSTERDAM, APELDOORN, EINDHOVEN – Office group Happy Horizon won six prizes during the presentation of the fifth edition of the Dutch Search Awards on December 10, including the prestigious 'Grand Prize'. The fifth edition of this online marketing award show was held digitally for the first time this year due to the corona measures.
With SHIMANO the leader in bicycle parts, Happy Idiots won 3 awards: the 'Grand Prize', 'Best PPC Local Campaign' and 'Best Use of Personalization'. In addition, their case was awarded 'Best PPC B2B campaign' in collaboration with lead generation specialist Finance Prospects.

The work for fruit and vegetable importer Nature's Pride was also awarded as 'Best social advertising campaign'. Finally, Happy Idiots took second and third place in collaboration with online retailers De Herenschoenwinkel ('Best SEO B2C campaign') and Bos Men Shop ('Best PPC B2C campaign'). LEQUAL, also part of Happy Horizon, excelled in the category 'Best SEO B2B campaign' and won gold with a case for Groenopladen.

Dutch Search Awards is an initiative established to put excellence in the Dutch search industry in the spotlight. A total of 25 awards were handed out to the best campaigns or tools in the Dutch search industry. These prestigious professional awards were awarded for the fifth time this year, which can be followed digitally from DeFabrique in Utrecht. Cases submitted by agencies, brands, professionals and suppliers were assessed by an independent jury of experts.
