Many companies 'must' do something on social media, because it is 'in'. Given that many managers are already privately on Facebook, a company page is quickly created with the aim: as many likes as possible. No wonder trade in fake likes is growing enormously. In the meantime, Facebook is considerably reducing the range of pages and you can buy back your old range in the form of Facebook ads. Time for a big step back: how social is a like yet?
