With 1.7 million regular customers and more than 7 million shipments per year, wehkamp.nl can rightly call itself the online department store in the Netherlands. However, success is not self-evident: 'Loyalty comes from the customer experience. Everything has to run smoothly,' says Marketing Technology Director Alexander van Slooten.
